At Charmanty, we guarantee the quality of every wig you purchase, ensuring the best service experience for each customer. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us at info@charmanty.com, and we will prioritize your inquiry within 24 hours.

30-Day Return Policy:

To cancel an order, please coninfotact our customer service team immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once shipped. We usually process orders within 1-3 days.

2. Return Confirmation

Return Eligibility:

  • The wig must be in its original condition.
  • Hair should be uncut, unbleached, and uncolored.
  • The lace should be intact and unaltered.
  • Any free gifts should be returned with the original packaging.

Because wigs are personal items that come in direct contact with the scalp, we cannot accept returns of used wigs for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • We provide return labels for shipments within the United States.
  • For non-U.S. customers, we will reimburse your shipping costs based on your shipping receipt.

* If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Process:

Step Details
1. Contact Customer Service Initiate the return within 30 days. The wig must be in its original condition—hair uncut, unbleached, uncolored, and lace unaltered (not cut or additionally trimmed). Provide reasons and pictures for quick processing.
2. Receive Return Address Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
3. Process Refund Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

3. Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the same return process. Once your exchange request is approved, we will confirm the exchanged product and any necessary payment adjustments. After receiving your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new product as soon as possible.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
